FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has flexible tube with dead end having lateral opening for evacuating intestinal contents. Coaxial working members designed as flexible balloons are arranged along the tube. The flexible balloons communicate to positive pressure source and grouped around the lateral openings for evacuating intestinal contents. At least one of the flexible balloons is shifted towards idle end of the flexible tube having areas adjacent to balloons grouped around the lateral openings having internal and external canal outlet openings for supplying liquid. At least one of the canals for supplying liquid and/or flexible tube lumen have rigidity member. Common generatrix of the balloons grouped around the lateral openings is at least twice as large as flexible tube lumen.
EFFECT: improved interaction of working members with tissues under anastomosis; enabled early diagnosis of intestinal anastomosis inconsistency.
