FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: polymeric drain (probe) for percutaneous removal of viscous, inhomogeneous contents and gas from the cavities includes a tubular element with a large channel for diverting the contents of the gut and a small channel for the working medium, a puncture needle, an elastic balloon, a control bladder, an adapter and an outer retainer. The tubular element is provided at the distal end side with an open end connected to a large channel and made deformable from the shape memory material with longitudinal incisions so that holes can be formed to divert the intestinal contents through the large channel of the tubular element. The puncture needle is placed in the fixing tube, which is in turn arranged to be placed in a large channel of the tubular element. The balloon is disposed around the portion of the tubular element (from the outside) from the distal end side (in front of the open tip) adjacent to the surface of the tubular element, in the absence of a working medium in the balloon cavity, capable of increasing the volume of the bulb when feeding the working medium through the outlet of the small channel of tubular element in the cavity of the balloon. The check inflatable balloon is provided with a check valve and is connected to a small-channel inlet located at the proximal end of the tubular element. The adapter is disposed in the tubular element from the proximal end side at the end of the large channel and is configured to secure a fixing tube with a puncture needle therein. The external retainer is designed to fix the drainage on the patient's body. In the assembled state, the fixation tube with a puncture needle is inserted into the tubular element and the open tip to ensure that the tip of the needle tip leaves the tip. The edges of the longitudinal incisions of the tip are tightly interconnected. In working condition, the strips formed by the incisions of the tip are shaped like petals and form openings for diverting the contents of the gut.
EFFECT: reduction of surgery trauma.
