FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a multilayer composite material. The material consists of an elastic auxiliary carrier, a separating layer located on one side of the carrier and containing a continuous phase based on a cross-linked polyorganocsiloxane and a functional layer. The separating layer contains the filler in the form of particles with the size 0.01-20 microns and concentration of 0.01-50 % of the mass of the separating layer. The roughness of the separating layer surface facing the auxiliary carrier has a depth of microasperityRt from 400 up to 50000 nm and an average roughnessRa - from 40 up to 5000 nm. The invention allows to produce a matted surface or a rough surface of the functional layer, that ensures a better abradability of a pencil core. This layer may be separated off with a minimum efforts. The technical result is upgrade of technological methods of production of multilayer composite materials.
EFFECT: the invention allows to upgrade technological methods of production of multilayer composite materials.
