SAPROLE RECOVERY COMPLEX Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for recovery of sapropel from closed pools. Proposed complex includes watercraft with travel motion drive, saprople intake in form of turned-over U-shaped cross-section box on cover of which mud with delivery branch pipe in mounted. Mud pump is connected through delivery branch pipe with flexible hose. Complex has electric motor enclosed in sealed capsule connected by pipe with overwater zone to place supply cable and controls of motor inside tube space and device to connect intake with watercraft and adjust position of intake in depth of pool. Watercraft is made in form of two watertight tubes-floats stopped at end faces by covers-fairings and connected by deck flooring. Tube of sealed capsule is used as device for connecting intake with watercraft and adjust position of intake in pool depth. Said tube is installed in watercraft guides for displacement lengthwise and is furnished with drive. Floating part of flexible hose for delivering sapropel mass into service sump at bank of pool is provided with floats. Length of floating section of hose is taken to be larger than width of developed production zone of sapropel. Float nearest to watercraft is connected with watercraft by extension boom connected with said float by flexible member. Watercraft travel motion drive is made in form of single-drum winch mounted on flooring and mechanically coupled by wire rope with anchor secured on bank of pool and outboard motor with steering gear installed at side of watercraft opposite to wire rope. Anchor can be either stationary or portable.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of complex owing to increased maneuverability simplified design and adaptability to local conditions.
