FIELD: devices for extraction of sapropel from inland water basins, applicable when pressure transportation of sapropel mass through pipes to the water basin shore is impossible.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a floating means, receiving equipment of rectangular shape in plan with two side vertical walls, equipment for capture and transportation of sapropel and a tank for it. The floating means is made of a platform positioned on two pontoons. Positioned between the pontoons is the receiving equipment provided with end face walls inclined relative to the platform with formation of a closed space. The upper edges of the side and end face walls are positioned for installation over the surface of the water basin, and the lower ones- in the productive mass of sapropel below the layer of clean water. The equipment for capture and transportation of sapropel is made in the form of a drag-chain conveyer, whose tail section is suspended on two doubled ropes and positioned in the productive mass of sapropel. The free ends of each pair of ropes are fastened for coiling and winding on the winch drum with a hand drive and a lock mechanism installed on two interconnected floats. The head section of the drag-chain conveyer is made with formation of sections concave and convex in the vertical plane with arrangement of the inclined section inside the receiving equipment and fixation on it with the aid of brackets. The receiving equipment on the platform is fastened on the side of the shore by means of hinges, and on the opposite side it is suspended to the platform with the aid of two flexible components, whose free ends are fastened for coiling and winding on the winch drums. A portion of the drag-chain conveyer located between the pontoons of the receiving equipment and the shore is installed on floats.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, enhanced capacity.
