SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of supplying to electrodes of phase modulators for time interval T1 constant level U1 of voltage difference for changing phase of each beam of annular interferometer by value 
rad; supplying for time interval T2 other constant level U2 of voltage difference for changing phase of beams by 
rad; forming pulse train of phase difference of annular interferometer due to switching electrodes of phase modulators at frequency fk = 1/2τ where τ - period of beam travel in light guide of sensitive coil of gyroscope.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of scaling factor of optic-fiber gyroscope.
