FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for maintenance of downhole hydraulic motors. Proposed stand for running-in and testing of downhole hydraulic motor contains mounting base, clamping devices for fastening down-hole hydraulic motor, reservoir for collecting process liquid, pump, hydraulic baffle, motor speed meter, brake torque meter and electromagnetic powder brake. Moreover, stand is furnished additionally with disk brake arranged on mounting base on one axis with stand for displacement from said axis to side and consisting of face plate installed on shaft bearing for free rotation and acting by one end onto pressure support of pressure transmitter, two brake calipers with cylinders arranged diametrically opposite to each other on face plate, brake disk installed between brake cylinders of calipers and rigidly connected with shaft to which rotation is conveyed from spindle of downhole hydraulic motor.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of stand at increased accuracy of measurements of brake torque.
