RADAR SYSTEM FOR RETUNING CARRIER FREQUENCY FROM PULSE TO PULSE IN MODE OF MOVING TARGET SELECTION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2234719 C2

FIELD: radar systems, possibly development of noise-suppressing radar.

SUBSTANCE: radar system includes connected in series: driving generator; pulse generator; SHF pulse generator; antenna switch; first circuit having connected in series first mixer of intermediate frequency, first amplifier of intermediate frequency; first circuit having connected in series first local heterodyne, first phasing mixer and first coherent heterodyne. Inlet-outlet of antenna switch is connected with inlet-outlet of receiving-transmitting antenna. Outlet of first amplifier of intermediate frequency is connected with first inlet of processing circuit. Second outlet of first local heterodyne is connected with second inlet of first mixer of intermediate frequency. System includes in addition second circuit having connected in series: second mixer of intermediate frequency; second circuit having connected in series second local heterodyne, second phasing mixer, second coherent heterodyne. System is also provided with switching circuit, control processor, first and second band filters. Outlet of second amplifier of intermediate frequency is connected with third inlet of processing circuit. Outlet of first coherent heterodyne is connected with second inlet of processing circuit. Outlet of second coherent heterodyne is connected with fourth inlet of processing circuit. Outlet of antenna switch is connected in parallel with inlets of first and second band filters whose outlets are connected first inlets of first and second mixers of intermediate frequency respectively. Second outlet of second local heterodyne is connected with second inlet of second mixer of intermediate frequency. Outlet of SHF pulse generator is connected with first inlet of switching circuit whose first outlet is connected with second inlet of first phasing mixer. Second outlet of switching circuit is connected with second inlet of second phasing mixer. Outlet of driving generator is connected with inlet of control processor whose outlet is connected with second inlet of switching circuit.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of system.
