FIELD: electrical engineering and electric insulation technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed silicone compound meant for use in production of electrical components operating at up to 180 °C, insulating materials, and for impregnating windings of electrical machines and apparatuses is prepared in the form of solution in organic solvent or mixture of polyorganosiloxane, polyester 315, tetrabutoxytitanum, epoxy resin, resol tertiary butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin, and N-disubstituted polyamine phenol solvents, proportion of ingredients being as follows, mass percent: polyorganosiloxane, 70.0 - 80.0; polyester 315, 12.5 - 14.5; tetrabutoxytitanum, 0.5 - 1.5; epoxy resin, 2.5 - 7.5; resol tertiary butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin, 2.5 - 7.5; N-disubstituted polyamine phenol, 0.1 - 0.4; organic solvent - 50.0 - 68.0.
EFFECT: reduced curing temperature, enhanced electric strength, cementing ability, and durability in storage.
