FIELD: electrical engineering; repair of machines using thermosetting insulation. SUBSTANCE: two alternative versions are proposed. According to first version, stator to be repaired is placed in autoclave communicating with storage tank holding spent destructive aqueous solution that ensures its circulation; thermosetting insulation binder is first destroyed by stator treatment with working destructive aqueous solution saturated with carbon dioxide at specified temperature of 120-200 C and pressure of 4-20 at gage. Used as working destructive solution is aqueous solution of carbon dioxide prepared under above-mentioned specified conditions; upon stator treatment with hot water spent aqueous solution containing products of destruction is conveyed to storage tank, cooled down, separated from mud, and reused as working destructive aqueous solution for repeated treatment of stator under specified conditions; after that, spent aqueous solution is conveyed to storage tank, autoclave is cooled down to room temperature, stator is removed from it, and winding is removed from stator slots by any desired mechanical method. According to second version, thermosetting binder is destroyed by stator treatment with working destructive aqueous solution saturated with carbon dioxide which is supplied from storage tank; used as such is spent aqueous solution cooled down and separated from mud, and containing products of destruction remained after previous treatment. Stator is treated at specified temperature of 120-200 C and pressure of 4-20 at gage. Upon stator treatment with hot water spent aqueous solution is conveyed to storage tank, autoclave is cooled down, stator is removed from it, and winding is extracted. EFFECT: facilitated procedure, reduced cost and time required for electrical machine repairs. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl, 3 ex
