FIELD: pulse engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pulse generator has EXCLUSIVE OR gate 1, first inverter 2 made in the form of input signal inverting Schmitt flip-flop, second inverter 3, third and fourth open-drain inverters 4 and 5, respectively, NOR gate 6, integrating RC circuit 7, choke coil 8 wound on rectangular hysteresis loop core, resistor 9, and power bus 10. Output of EXCLUSIVE OR gate 1 is connected through integrating RC circuit 7 to input of inverter 2 whose output is connected to inputs of inverters 3 and 4. Output of inverter 3 is connected to input of inverter 5 and to one of inputs of EXCLUSIVE OR gate 1 whose other input is connected to output of NOR gate 6. First input of NOR gate 6 is connected to output of inverter 4 and to first lead of choke coil 8, second input, to third lead of choke coil 8 and to output of inverter 5. Second lead of choke coil 8 is connected through resistor 9 to power bus 10.
EFFECT: enhanced temperature stability of output pulse generation frequency.
