FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: flip-flop device has flip-flop, first and second magnetic core storage cells, first and second coincidence gates, first and second diodes, first and second capacitors, first through fourth resistors; flip-flop clock input is connected to input bus; read winding inputs of first and second storage cells are connected to common bus; outputs of read windings are connected, respectively, to cathode of first and second diodes whose anodes are connected to common bus through first and second capacitors, respectively, and to power supply through first and second resistors, respectively; read winding inputs of first and second magnetic-core storage cells are connected to power bus through third and fourth resistors, respectively; write winding outputs are interconnected; novelty is that newly introduced in device are first and second inverters, device input bus is connected through first inverter to inputs of first and second coincidence gates and through second inverter, to outputs of write windings of first and second magnetic-core storage cells whose inputs are connected to outputs of first and second coincidence gates, respectively their second inputs being connected, respectively, to direct and inverted outputs of flip-flop whose set and reset inputs are connected to anode of first and second diodes, respectively. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
