SUBSTANCE: treatment comprises abscessotomy, resection of affected bodies of vertebras, and frontal spondylosyndesis with autotransplant from the wing of ilium. Fragments from bodies of vertebras on vascular pedium are incorporated into the transplant and, additionally, muscular flap from square psoas.
EFFECT: accelerated fusion of transplants with bone bed in vertebra bodies and prevented resorption and fractures of bone transplants.
