Cortical layer is removed at the level of 1-2 segments of the sacrum and spongy matter is removed from the bodies of 3-5 lumbar vertebrae in operating with instruments in proximal direction. The defect is widened beyond the entrance opening. It is filled with autotransplants undergone to antibiotics and ultraviolet rays treatment and bone fragments. The last transplants are placed in oblique transverse directions, bringing their ends in engagement with the edges of the entrance opening. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment.
