FIELD: manufacture of soldered parts of compressors of gas turbine engines, honeycomb panels, reduction gears and so on.
SUBSTANCE: titanium base solder contains, mass%: zirconium, 19 - 26; nickel, 11 -18; copper, 13 - 20; hafnium, 0.1 - 0.3, titanium, the balance. Such solder allows to lower soldering temperature until 850 C.
EFFECT: lowered erosion, less reduction of plasticity of basic metal at using solder, lowered soldering temperature.
