FIELD: refractory materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite of refractory composition used for gluing articles made of refractory materials and ceramics, repairing fettling in heat units. Refractory composition comprising alumo-chrome-phosphate binding agent, hardening accelerating agent and finely dispersed filling agent - the combination comprising high-alumina mortar involves alumo-chrome-phosphate binding agent modified on synthesis stage with 0.6-1.1 wt.-% of methylolureas of the general formula: H2(OCH2)nNCON(CH2O)mH2 wherein n = 1, 2; m = 1, 2, and sodium sulfate as hardening accelerating agent. Indicated filling agent comprises additionally ceramic mass and silica in the ratio high-alumina mortar : silica : ceramic mass = (20-30):(15-25):(2-10), respectively, in the following ratio of component in the composition, wt.-%: alumo-chrome-phosphate binding agent, 20-40; indicated filling agent, 37-65; sodium sulfate, 1-4; water, the balance. Invention provides the optimization of composite of refractory composition with simultaneous reducing hardening time and retention of adhesion and mechanical strength of glue junction at the high level.
EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable properties of composition.
