FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: fireproof concrete mixture (FCM) is intended for lining of various thermal aggregates, e.g. covers of general purpose thermal aggregates, backup linings of intermediate ladles and chutes in blast-furnace process, lining of water-cooled skid rails of continuous furnaces. FCM contains andalusite compound, reactive alumina, high-alumina cement, fine silica, sodium tripolyphosphate and citric acid and has the following component ratio, mass %: 77-82 andalusite, 10-12 reactive alumina, 4.5-5 fine silica, 4-6 high-alumina cement, and above 100% 0.12-0.15 sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.012-0.015 citric acid. Andalusite compound has the following fractional makeup, mass %: 72-77 0-5-mm fraction and 23-28 of fraction below 55 mcm. Introducing into FCM of fine silica in specified quantities provides high degree of concrete structure mullitisation in service at temperature below 1600°C.
EFFECT: volume stability at high temperatures; high mechanical strength and temperature of deformation point under load, and improved resistibility.
