FIELD: production of wide range of novel composition materials with unique operating, physicochemical and thermal properties.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming high-speed gas flow by means of supersonic nozzle; sequentially introducing into gas flow of finely-dispersed particles of metal from the group comprising aluminum, nickel or mixture thereof; forming first 50-700 micron thick layer, followed by introducing of working fluid in the form of low-activity aluminothermic mixture; forming second 200-1,000 micron thick layer; forming third layer by introducing of exothermic mixture and modification admixtures in the form of high-melting point oxides and oxygen-free compounds. Said components are used in the ratio determined depending on effectiveness and cost thereof. Method does not require employment of equipment with complicated construction.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of cold gas dynamic deposition of coatings owing to employment of working fluid produced with the use of optimal amounts of specifically selected kinds of low-activity exothermal components capable of inducing super-high speed processes.
