FIELD: materials handling machinery; single-bucket front-end loaders.

SUBSTANCE: proposed front-end loader includes loading equipment with chassis, portal, boom, bucket, main hydraulic drive of loading equipment with boom and bucket cylinders and hydraulic control devices of said equipment with penetration pickup installed on outer side wall of bucket and angle of rest of pile of dug material. Loader is furnished with additional cylinder secured on portal, roller hinge-secured on rod of additional cylinder, hydraulic pump electrohydraulic spool, hydraulic distributor spool and correcting cam fixed on boom and kept in constant contact with roller. Profile of cam is such that with boot turning, trajectory of movement of bucket bottom blade cutting edge is parallel to friction slope of dug material pile. Rod space of additional cylinder is constantly connected with return hydraulic line. Piston space of said cylinder is connected through hydraulic lines and channels of electrohydraulic spool in initial position with hydraulic pump which is coupled with return hydraulic line through channel of spool of hydraulic distributor. Piston and rod spaces of bucket cylinder are connected by hydraulic lines with electrohydraulic spool and spool of hydraulic distributor, respectively, and they are locked in initial position. When scooping loose material, piston spaces of additional and bucket cylinders are connected by hydraulic lines and channel of electrohydraulic spool. Piston space of bucket cylinder is connected with hydraulic pump by hydraulic lines and channel of hydraulic distributor spool, and rod space f bucket cylinder is connected with return hydraulic line.

EFFECT: increased capacity of loader.
