FIELD: materials handling machinery; construction and road vehicles; single-bucket front-end loaders.

SUBSTANCE: proposed control system contains chassis, loading equipment including boom, bucket, tie-rod, rocker and main hydraulic drive of loading equipment with boom and bucket cylinders and hydraulic control devices with penetration pickup installed on outer side of bucket side wall at angle of rest of dug material pile. It is furnished with additional cylinder fixed on boom, roller hinge-secured on rod of additional cylinder, hydraulic pump, electrohydraulic spool and correcting cam secured on rocker, being in constant contact with roller. Profile of cam is such that with loader chassis and bucket cylinder rod moving, trajectory pf motion of, bucket bottom blade cutting edge is parallel to friction slope of material pile. Rod space of additional cylinder is constantly connected with return hydraulic line. Piston space of said cylinder is connected, in initial position, with pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump driven by mechanical gearbox, and with return hydraulic line through channel of electrohydraulic spool connected by hydraulic lines with piston and rod spaces of bucket cylinder which are locked in initial position. When scooping loose material, piston spaces of additional bucket cylinders are coupled by hydraulic lines and channel of electrohydraulic spool pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump, and rod space of bucket cylinder is connected with drain by channel of electrohydraulic spool.

EFFECT: increased capacity of loader.
