FIELD: materials handling machinery; single-bucket front-end loader.
SUBSTANCE: proposed front-end loader contains portal, boom, bucket and main hydraulic drive of loading equipment with bucket cylinder. Loader has additional cylinder secured on its portal, roller hinge-secured on rod of additional cylinder, two electrohydraulic spools, pneumohydraulic accumulator and correcting cam fixed on boom and kept in constant contact with roller. Profile of cam is made to provide translational movement of bucket with load when loading equipment is hoisted to height of discharge. With bucket being hoisted, piston of additional cylinder is connected by hydraulic lines and channel of one of electrohydraulic spools with rod space of bucket cylinder whose piston space is connected by hydraulic lines and channel of other electrohydraulic spool with liquid space of pneumohydraulic accumulator. With electrohydraulic spools in other position, piston and rod spaces of additional cylinder are coupled with return hydraulic line through hydraulic lines and channel of one electrohydraulic spool. Piston and rod spaces of bucket cylinder and liquid space of hydropneumatic accumulator are locked by other electrohydraulic spool.
EFFECT: increased capacity of loader.
