FIELD: well drilling equipment, particularly for plugging abnormal well areas.

SUBSTANCE: device includes container with piston dividing container into upper chamber and working chamber filled with plugging material. Arranged above container is pulser comprising body, upper adaptor with supply hydraulic channel and two coaxial nozzles installed inside pulser case and arranged eccentrically to device axis, namely contraction feed nozzle and diffuser receiving nozzle. Contraction feed nozzle communicates with supply channel of upper adapter. Diffuser receiving nozzle communicates with upper container chamber, nozzle chamber with draining orifice. Nozzle chamber is arranged in pulser case for separating nozzles one from another. Located in nozzle chamber is rotor with deflectors for periodically interrupting working medium flow running off feed nozzle. Packing bypass unit is secured to lower container end. Packing bypass unit includes inner connection pipe and outer tube with coaxial drainage orifices arranged with forming a gap in-between. Plug is installed above drainage orifices. Bypass check valve is arranged in outer tube under drainage orifices. Self-sealing packing provided with safety shell is installed on outer tube surface above drainage orifice. Safety shell is fixed in its initial position to outer tube by fixer and may move in axial direction for packing removal in working position. Pulser is of self-oscillating type and have rotor made as turbine with deflection blades connected to side rotor surface to form working torque and to rotate rotor. Plug and safety shell are not fixedly connected one to another. Outer tube pumps plugging material from container.

EFFECT: simplified technological process, increased reliability.
