FIELD: defense industry; production of ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of the guided ammunition shot from the transportation-launching containers and intended for destruction of targets within a short-range defense line. The method provides for formation of control signals of the sine - cosine functions in the aboard electronic control unit from the square pulses of the roll gyro optron sensor. The control signals on yaw and a pitch are modulated with the help of the sine - cosine functions and summarized. yaw and a pitch. The ammunition rotation rate on roll is measured and an adjusting signal is worked out to correct a computational value of angle of advance of operation of a steering drive. Pulses are formed by the optical elements such as "LED - Photodiode” and a shutter with circled figure and a mark of a revolution on the figure in drawing. An advance is ensured by shifting of the optoelectronic couples in respect of the figure of the shutter. The method of the ammunition manufacture and assembly provides for installation in it of the spring gyro of rolls with the optron sensor of an angle rolls, in which the shutter with a "yes - no" figure is rigidly fixed on a shaft of the outside frame of the gyro. Two optoelectronic couples shifted one in respect to another by 90 ° are placed on the rotated body and turned in respect to the symmetry axis of the shutter in direction of rotation by a computational angle of advance for their actuation. The electronic unit of control is added with an electronic circuit of conversion of the square pulses from the optron sensor into the sine-cosine functions, and also with the circuit of summation of control signals and measurement of the rate of the ammunition rotation on rolls using pulses from optoelectronic couples and working out corrections for a computational angle of advance of actuation of the steering drive. The shutter is installed on the shaft of an outside frame of the gyro with an angle of phasing between the symmetry axis of the shutter and an instantaneous position of the elevator and rudder. Such implementation of data of engineering solutions allows to reach an increased reliability of a target destruction by the ammunition.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase reliability of a target destruction by the ammunition.
