FIELD: technology for providing for safety of citizens, including vehicle drivers.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, physical condition of person and level of threat to private safety are evaluated subjectively and/or by means of parameter sensors. When threat level exceeds acceptable levels, object radio-transmitting device is activated, radio signal with emergency code message is emitted, in address portion of which identification number of person being a subject to threat is present. Radio signal is received by panel radio receiver, decoded, address portion is deciphered, identification number of given person is determined and visually and/or by means of generating respective sound signals message and identification number is indicated. Besides, in case of sudden appearance of threat emergency sound message is sent by voice or whistle which is converted into electrical signal by a microphone, analog handling of said signal is performed, and then signal is converted into digital code. Then amplitude and frequency and time parameters are separated from the code, which parameters characterize sound message, parameters are compared to standard values, comparing results are handled for evaluation of level of threat to private safety and, when it exceeds acceptable limits, object radio-transmitting device is activated and an additional radio signal is put on the air with extra code message about threat.
EFFECT: higher protection of person in situations connected to appearance of threat to his/her health and life.
