SUBSTANCE: device has radio transmitting device carried by user, block for sensing parameters of physical state of threat subject, control button, and serially connected microphone and noise suppression block. Also, device has central microprocessor unit block for analyzing information and synthesizing commands, first Bluetooth module, sound and voice broadcasters and solving block, connected by input to block of indicators, and by output - to voice broadcaster. Inputs of central microprocessor unit block are connected to noise suppression block, solving block and controlling button, and outputs - to first Bluetooth module and sound broadcaster. Radio-transmitting device is made with utilization of cell phone, meant for operation in standard mobile communication network, and second Bluetooth module, connected to signaling input of cell phone and made with possible wireless data exchange with first Bluetooth module. Provided technical result is connected with utilization of modern central microprocessor unit equipment, making it possible to operatively determine character of suddenly appearing threat and generate adequate commands for controlling sound and voice broadcaster to attract attention of surrounding people and scare off potential malefactor, forcing him to abandon previously undertaken cause of action.
