FIELD: electronic-device packages protected against unauthorized access.

SUBSTANCE: protective device built in the form of module package is designed to protect its internal components against unauthorized access without changing logic state of these components by breaking external structural components of module, including its leads, by means of any possible hardware or techniques. It has at least one anisotropic conductive shell enclosing on all sides the module interior accommodating printed-circuit or film board with circuit internal components and functional interconnections, as well as with protective circuit or separate protective circuit connected inside to shell and designed to respond to changes in electrical parameters of mentioned shell due to its breakage. Novelty is that shell is essentially at least double-layer winding with rigidly fixed turns that encloses leads and is wound on at least two parallel intertwined or interwoven insulated wires arbitrarily connected at start and finish of winding to two contact groups of protective circuit designed to function in two modes, one being mode of invocation of circuit that once identifies and stores table of paired interconnections of contacts of both groups using winding wires, and other mode of circuit functioning at desired intervals to determine current state of these interconnections and to save constant the logical state of circuit internal components only upon receiving result coinciding with that obtained in invocation mode.

EFFECT: enhanced approach to theoretical limit of protection level on external packaging end of module.
