FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-frequency (20–35 kHz) voltage and current transformers and can be used in transformers of sound frequency range. One of the most labor-consuming parts of transformers—their windings are made on the basis of double-sided printed-circuit boards. Conductors of windings are spirals. Consecutive sides of the spirals of each of the boards by inner ends of the turns are connected through insulating windows by conducting bridges. External terminals of spirals of adjacent printed circuit boards are also connected via conductive bridges via insulator windows. Boards are assembled into disk packets. High-current spirals of windings are made on the basis of clearings from conductive sheet material. Outer outputs of packages of packages of windings are output for connection with other elements of consumer circuits, control, switching and protection electricians. To reduce the cost, two-sided printed-circuit boards can be replaced by pairs of one-sided printed-circuit boards.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification, cost reduction, increase in density of winding, simplification of maintenance and repair due to possibility of replacement of part of damaged sections without winding of all windings, possibility of unification of sections.
