SUBSTANCE: device has operational amplifiers 1, 2, 3, measurement amplifier 4, field-effect transistors 5, 6, precision shunt 7, negative and positive bias voltage supplies connected to inverting inputs of operational amplifiers 2 and 3, respectively which are chosen so as to ensure than field-effect transistors 5, 6 are ready to pass minimal current for eliminating step-like nonlinear distortions. Feedback signal is picked for differential amplifier 1 off signal leads of precision shunt 7 through measurement amplifier 4.
