FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used as precision device for amplification of signals. Bipolar-field operational amplifier comprises input differential cascade (1), first (6) current output of input differential cascade is connected to source of first (7) output field-effect transistor and first input (8) of output differential stage (9), second (10) current output of input differential cascade (1) is connected to source of second (11) output of field-effect transistor and second (12) input of output differential stage (9). Common emitter circuit (14) output differential stage (9) is connected to input of additional inverting amplifier (21), output of which (22) is connected with combined gates of first (7) and second (11) output field-effect transistors.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of stability of static mode of operational amplifier.
