FIELD: sports and amateur fishing.
SUBSTANCE: can be when fishing with fishing rod or spinning rod. Proposed float-butterfly has floating body, antenna with counterweight in keel portion fitted in floating body. Antenna is made for fastening bait in its upper part simulating movement of butterfly flitting over water or on water. In proposed float-butterfly cast to any distance into water, bait attached to end of antenna simulates movements of butterfly flitting over water owing to swinging of antenna secured in floating body provided with counterweight in keel portion. Counterweight keeps antenna-fishing rod in vertical position owing to pulling of fishing line secured on end in keel portion of antenna-fishing rod.
EFFECT: provision of movable, dynamic, "revived" bait flitting over water or in water and more visible and attractive for fish.
