FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for continuous sterilization of liquid products.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electric engine, flange for electric engine, shaft, casing fixed in cantilevered relation on flange, and two labyrinth pumps. Outer labyrinth pump is defined by casing having helical thread and outer surface of rotor, and inner labyrinth pump is defined by stator having screw thread and inner surface of rotor. Rotor working part is made in the form of corrugated thin-walled sleeve with helical corrugations, which are arranged so that pumps operate in opposite directions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in sterilizing of liquid in ultrahigh temperature mode with utilization for heating of energy released owing to vortex friction in liquid, with following recuperation thereof.
