FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is an extruder consisting of a loading chamber, a body, a die, a vacuum chamber, a gate valve, a vacuum pump, a vacuum regulator, and a vacuum meter. The body of the extruder is composite and a screw pump consisting of a metal rotor and a stator with elastic lining, wherein working chambers are formed between the screw surfaces of said rotor and stator, is located in the front part of the extruder. The metal rotor and stator interact with the feeding screw located in the loading chamber. A heating apparatus in the form of a steel pipe covered by an inductor made in the form of coils of insulated copper wire is located in the second part of the body. The matrix die is located at the outlet of the raw materials from the heating apparatus into the vacuum chamber of the extruder. The top part of the loading chamber is made single-walled, with the side walls located at an angle less than the angle of friction of the processed raw materials against the material of the chamber wall, and the lower part thereof constitutes a cylindrical double-walled structure, the interwall space whereof is linked with the vacuum pump and the vacuum chamber of the extruder.
EFFECT: higher energy efficiency of the work process.
