FIELD: petrochemical processes and catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides catalyst for manufacture of gasolines with octane number not below 83 (motor method) and sulfur level no higher than 0.015% as well as diesel fuel with sulfur level no higher than 0.05% from petroleum distillates or gas condensates with dry point no higher than 400оС and summary content of thiophene derivatives no higher than 40 wt %, which corresponds 10% sulfur level, which catalyst contains, on the zeolite surface, aluminosilicate composition with SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio no more than 450 and selected from zeolites ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-35, ZSM-38, ZSM-48, beta; or gallosilicate, gallo-aluminosilicate, ferrosilicate, ferro-aluminosilicate, chromosilicate, and chromo-aluminosilicate with structure of ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-35, ZSM-38, ZSM-48, beta; or aluminophosphate with structure of the type of AlPO-5, AlPO-11, AlPO-31, AlPO-41, AlPO-36, AlPO-37, AlPO-40 and with, incorporated into structure in the synthesis stage, element selected from magnesium, zinc, gallium, manganese, iron, silicon, cobalt, cadmium, and molybdenum and cobalt, and/or nickel compounds. The latter compounds comprise at least one bimetallic complex compound of general formula K[MoxO4·Ly(H2O)z] wherein K denotes Ni2+ or Co2+ cation; L is ligand, in particular deprotonated compound such as water, mineral acid, and carboxylic acid; x = 2 or 3; y =2,3,4, or 6; z is integer from 0 to 8; concentration of bimetallic complex compounds in catalyst being 1.0 to 25.0 wt %.
EFFECT: improved antiknock properties of gasoline and diesel fuel with low sulfur levels.
