FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides gasoline with octane number at least 83 (motor method) and sulfur level not higher than 0.015% and diesel fuel with sulfur level not higher than 0.05% produced from petroleum distillates and gas condensates having dry point not higher than 400оС and summary content of thiophene derivatives not higher than 40 wt %, corresponding to 10 wt % total sulfur, in presence of porous catalyst at 250-500оС and pressure not higher than 3 MPa. Process is carried out at weight consumption of hydrocarbon mixture not exceeding 10 h-1. Above-mentioned catalyst is composed of at least one bimetallic complex compound of general formula K[MoxO4·Ly(H2O)z], wherein K represents Ni2+ or Co2+ cation; L ligand, which is deprotonated moiety derived from water, mineral acid, or carboxylic acid; x = 2 or 3; y = 2,3,4 or 6; z is integer from 0 to 8; deposited on surface of one of materials selected from either zeolites ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-35, ZSM-38, ZSM-48, ZSM beta with SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio at most 450 or gallosilicates, galloaluminosilicates, ferrosilicates, ferroaluminosilicates, chromosilicates, chromoaluminosilicates with structures of ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-35, ZSM-38, ZSM-48, ZSM beta, or aluminophosphates with structure of the type of AlPO-5, AlPO-11, AlPO-31, AlPO-41, AlPO-36, AlPO-37, and AlPO-40 with an element incorporated into structure in the synthesis stage: magnesium, zinc, gallium, iron, silicon, cobalt, or cadmium.
EFFECT: simplified process, reduced number of process stages, increased octane number of gasoline and lowered residual sulfur in gasoline and diesel fuel.
