FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture, in particular to the feed grain ingredients with premixes grinding and simultaneous mixing method, and can be used in fodder production. Method comprises the raw materials dosing, loading into the crusher-mixer, their joint grinding and mixing. Concentrated feed mixtures fractional grinding is carried out in two stages, the coarse fraction is obtained by joint grinding in the crusher-mixer, and the predetermined fraction is by coarse fraction sieving on the separator. Coarse fraction of grinding products evacuation as they form is carried out simultaneously over the crusher perforated cylindrical sieve entire surface by means of two forces: each particle squeezing out of the crushing chamber through the holes in the sieve by the air flow from the rotor rotation and created by the centrifugal fan suction (vacuum) from the grille space. Solid impurities are directed from the grille space into the impurities collection container. Tails from the separator are directed for re-grinding.

EFFECT: use of invention provides higher quality of end product.
