SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemically resistant coatings for furniture, equipment and metal structures. Disclosed is a chemically resistant tabletop coating based on a composition containing (wt.pts.) epoxy vinyl ester resin (100), thixotropic additive (1–5), accelerator (1–5), hardener (1–3) and filler (15–25), wherein bisphenol-A based epoxy vinyl ester resin is used, aerosil is used as thixotropic additive, cobalt salt solution is used as accelerator, filler used is kaolin clay or silicone powder, a curing agent based on methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.
EFFECT: high resistance of the tabletop coating to a wide range of solvents, and the coating itself can be made manually by vacuum molding on a matrix.
