FIELD: building, particularly for surface smoothing.

SUBSTANCE: device is utilized for provision of flat upper surface of viscous material into container having bottom and vertical cylindrical side. Upper edge of vertical wall defines round orifice. Device has movable unit installed into working position opposite to the container so that movable unit is located above round orifice. Device also has the second drive means and the second guiding means providing rotation of sliding block included in movable unit. Sliding block has vertical shaft and smoothing means connected with lower part of above shaft and having horizontal low part formed on lower surface thereof for smoothing upper surface of viscous material. Device comprises the first drive means and the first guiding means which provide vertical displacement of movable unit relative container and vertical shaft of slide block. Vertical shaft is coaxial to vertical side container wall when movable unit is in its working position. Upper shaft part is formed integrally with the second drive means. The second drive means provide rotational movement of the second movable unit and regulate speed. Length of smoothing means is substantially equal to round orifice radius. Smoothing means have inclined part extending from horizontal part towards transversal wall of smoothing means mating to front wall of smoothing means during rotation thereof. Front edge of inclined part forms line rising from radial inner end to radial outer end of smoothing means. Smoothing device may pass through round container orifice and into viscous material during the first step of the first drive means action when movable unit is displaced downwards and may rotate during the second step the first drive means action when movable unit moves upwards.

EFFECT: possibility of surface smoothing process automation.
