FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for automatic preparation of hot fresh beverages and their dosage uses single portion containers having porous membranes and packed into motionless trays, vertically directed. The device includes a water-heating subunit for hot water supplied under a pressure for brewing purposes, a container subunit for automatic movement of the container from the trays to the brewing subunit and for the used container removal. Additionally the device has a subunit for milk supply for heated milk dosage directly into the portion cup at the consumer's wish. The device includes a subunit for brewing the container contents, having a piston and an injecting nozzle mounted on the device base for the container piercing in the process of downward movement of the piston with the container, an electronic processor, an electronic control panel with switches corresponding to the consumer preferences, a reservoir for water, a reservoir for compressed air storage and electromagnetic pneumatic valves.
EFFECT: simplification of brewing subunit structure due to output of the beverage brewed in the container through the porous membrane of the container.
