FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing cellular ceramic and can be used for making building materials. The raw mixture comprises the following components, wt.-%: thickened microsilica, 8-17; high-calcium fly ash, 33-46; detergent "Taiga", 2-3; water, 44-46. Method for making foam ceramic articles from above indicated mixture involves preparing the raw mass by mixing fly ash, water and thickened microsilica obtained by granulation in its feeding to granulation device, 1.2-1.8 wt.-%; detergent "Taiga" as an aqueous solution followed by addition to prepared raw mass of 0.8-1.2 wt.-% of detergent "Taiga" as technical foam prepared by bubbling with air, shaping, drying at 60-80oC and roasting at 1000oC. Invention provides the improvement of heat-protecting indices of articles and reducing their materials consumption.
