FIELD: building materials, in particular aerated concrete of non-autoclaving curing.
SUBSTANCE: claimed raw mixture contains (mass %): fly ash 35.6-36.5; Portland cement 10.3-11.84; microsilica with specific surface of > 250000 cm2/g, containing 90-95 % of amorphous SiO2, 3.32-3.4; gypsum 1.8-1.82; detergent as air-entraining agent 0.06-0.07; foaming agent 2.12-2.37; and water 54.0-45.8. Method of invention includes preparation of said raw mixture by two-stage porization: in the first one dry components are tempered with aqueous solution of air-entraining agent and agitated in high-speed blender by 2-3 min, and in the second one foam obtained by barbotage is blended with porizated mineral slurry; as well as formation; and steam curing.
EFFECT: increased raw base; material with reduced cost.
