FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyalkylene oxide-polyols, which can be used for manufacture of supersoft polyurethane foam. Invention describes in situ prepared stable dispersion of polyols containing at least two polyols, the first one having 2 to 8 functional groups and internal block of a polyalkylene oxide with molecular weight at least 700 Da and propylene oxide content at least 65 wt %. External block of mentioned first polyol contains at least 50 wt % ethylene oxide and fraction of external block of the total weight of the first polyol ranges between 10 and 50%. Second polyol of indicated dispersion has external block containing at least 50 wt % ethylene oxide and internal block with high content of propylene oxide and equivalent weight no higher than 300 Da. In addition, invention disclose polyurethane foam obtained by foaming indicated polyol dispersions with water as well as a method for preparation of such foam. Invention further discloses in situ method of preparing indicated polyol dispersion in the form of stable liquid-in-liquid dispersion and also method of preparing indicated polyol dispersion in presence of oxyalkylation catalyst. Thus obtained foams are characterized by good workability, fine cell structure, density 0.0261 g/cm3, elasticity 36%, strength 0.703 kg/cm3, and rupture elongation 431%.

EFFECT: improved quality of polyurethane foam and improved preparation procedure.
