FIELD: biochemistry, enzymology, molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing enzymes using the technology of recombinant DNA and can be used in medicine and in the development of methods for safety of the environment. Method involves the isolation of total mRNA from squid (Loligo vulgaris) ganglions and preparing cDNA library by screening DNA fragment from this DNA library that encodes enzyme diisopropylfluorophosphatase. Recombinant diisopropylfluorophosphatase and its mutant and chemically modified forms are obtained after expression of the cloned DNA fragment in E. coli that can be used in methods involving the destruction of acetylcholine esterase inhibitors.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable biochemical properties of enzyme.
