FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has gear mechanism having rotor in form of hollow shaft with outer screw teeth and mounted with possible rotation of stator with inner screw teeth. Stator has radial apertures, and on outer surface of stator cutting elements are mounted. On the shaft at least two section for interaction with stators are made with outer screw teeth, formed by screw cuts of opposite direction made in series. Screw cuts in section are placed oppositely due to different direction and form its rotor. Stator is made in form of sections, inner screw teeth of which are made in form of screw cuts. Adjacent to each other rotors and stators of different sections have same direction of cuts. Each stator section is provided with supporting abutments on both sides, which are in contact with end surfaces of discs rigidly fixed to hollow shaft. Between oppositely placed screw cuts radial apertures made in hollow shaft are placed.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness of cleaning of inner surface of pipes due to creation of turbulent flow of working fluid.
