FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw birotary hydraulic pumps. Proposed pump comprises two outer 16, 17 and inner screw birotary mechanisms 18, 19 arranged in opposed pairs along central lengthwise axis 8, mounted one into another. Mechanisms 16, 17 feature screw teeth with identical parametre but with opposite teeth directions relative to each other in opposed outer rotors 6, 20 arranged along central lengthwise axis 8 and in outer stator armatures arranged opposed along axis 8. Mechanisms 18, 19 feature screw teeth with identical parametre but with opposite teeth directions relative to each other in opposed inner rotors 14, 22 arranged along central lengthwise axis 8 and in inner stator armatures 12, 23 arranged opposed along axis 8. Mechanisms 16 to 19 have equal eccentricity 10. Center of rotors 14, 22 is aligned, in every phase of the mechanisms relative motion, with that of stators of mechanisms 16, 17. Center of rotors 6, 20 of mechanisms 16, 17 is aligned with that of stators of mechanisms 18, 19. Poles of engagement represents, in fact, a point of intersection of normal lines to contact spots of the teeth of rotor 14, 22 and elastomer armature 12, 23. Aforesaid centers of rotors of mechanisms 16 to 19 are located on one transverse axis passing through the center of said mechanisms and on opposite side from their center.
EFFECT: longer life and higher reliability.
