FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pumping unit contains screw gyrator pairs installed on in tandem along axis in housing. Drive and pumping section gyrator pairs have rotors connected by hinge device and installed in stators. Pumping unit has chambers to let in and out power and produced liquids, support unit and check valves at inlet of drive section of unit, and valve at inlet of pumping section. Cuts of screw surfaces of stators and rotors of drive and pumping sections are of similar hand of helix. Side channels with throttles to let out liquid from pumping section are made in stator and housing lower than upper end face of stator. Length of part of pumping section located higher than side channels of stator and housing and mated with supply chamber of drive section is not less than pitch of screw surface of pumping unit stator. Mean diameters of screw surfaces of drive and pumping sections are found from definite relationship.
EFFECT: improved reliability of pumping unit, simplified design.
