FIELD: mechanical tests of reinforced concrete structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes manufacture of first standard structure at strict adherence to specifications, placing this structure on test stand and loading it with three stages of smoothly distributed load corresponding to three standard loads by rigidity (Pw), crack-resistance Pcr and strength (Pstr), measuring the resonance frequency of oscillations of structure without load f0 and at each stage of loading (fw, fcr, fstr), plotting approximating dependence r1-P1 by the obtained results, loading the structure of series production under test by smoothly distributed load at intensity of P ≤ (Pw), measuring the resonance frequency of oscillations of structure under test (fc), determination of resonance frequency of oscillations of first standard structure fst1 from approximating dependence f1-P1 at the same load. Then, second standard structure is made according to minimum permissible requirements in rigidity, crack-resistance and strength of structures of this type and approximating curve f2-P2 similar to approximating curve of first standard structure is plotted and resonance frequency of oscillations of second standard structure fst2 at the same load is determined; in case condition fst2 ≤ fc ≤ fst1, the structure under test satisfies the specification in three parameters.
EFFECT: possibility of setting the boundaries of change in resonance frequency of structure under test.
