FIELD: electrical and electronic measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed digital meter designed for measuring parameters of low and infralow frequencies and also for automatic monitoring of audio signal channels has two comparators and two intervalometers. First comparator functions to compare output signal of analyzed amplifier with reference voltage. Second comparator is used to compare test signal with reference voltage. Output of second comparator is connected to input of first intervalometer. Output of first comparator is connected through multiplexer to input of second intervalometer. Outputs of both comparators are connected through EXCLUSIVE OR gate to other data input of multiplexer. Outputs of intervalometers are connected to input of function generator designed to compute transmission gain.
EFFECT: ability of selecting meter mode of operation with added advantage of measuring test signal phase shift and frequency.
