FIELD: electrical engineering; narrow-band regulation and stabilization of three-phase voltage.
SUBSTANCE: proposed voltage regulation process involves introduction of four additional modes of operation of three-phase booster current transformer affording four additional levels of regulated voltage disposed among regulated voltage levels produced by three-phase booster current transformer and autotransformer running in symmetrical modes. Phase windings of three-phase booster current transformer are changed over at six-fold supply frequency.
EFFECT: improved quality of output voltage, enhanced speed without added losses.
