SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 3-phenylpyridine of the formula (I):
wherein R means hydrogen atom, (C1-C7)-alkyl, (C1-C7)-alkoxy-group, halogen atom of CF; R1 means hydrogen atom (H) or halogen atom; or R and R1 can form in together -CH=CH-CH=CH-; R2 means hydrogen atom (H), halogen atom, CF3; R3 means hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C7)-alkyl; R4 means hydrogen atom (H) or piperazine-1-yl; R5 means hydrogen atom (H) or (C1-C7)-alkyl; X means -C(O)N(R5)-, -(CH2)mO-, -(CH2)N(R5)-, -N(R5)C(O)- or N(R5)(CH2)m-; n means a whole number from 0 to 4; m means 1 or 2, and also to their pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. Compounds of the formula (I) elicit antagonistic activity with respect to receptor NK-1 and can be used in medicine.
