FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has handle, air distributing mechanism, body with central channel, striker, muffler case, end piece consisting of end cap, working tool, spring, rubber damper. Handle is provided with valve consisting of counting limb, angle vernier, fixing disk, screw, spring, chamber, sleeve, channels: input, output and communication channel, which connect chamber separating handle and body, to compressed air source and environment.
EFFECT: lesser force of operator pressing on hammer and practically constant pressure of air in chamber preserved during operation, which chamber separated body and handle, to lessen vibration transferred from hammer to operator.
